If proof of coverage is not provided, a liability-only policy will be added as a monthly charge. Please note that this policy does not cover personal belongings. When is rent due and how can I pay?

At The Waterford, rent is due on the 1st of each month, including holidays and weekends, with a grace period through the 5th. Late charges apply beginning on the 5th. Payment options include the online resident portal (debit, credit, or bank account), money order, personal check, or cashier's check.

Do you accept Section 8 / Housing Choice Vouchers?

We provide housing opportunities to all prospective residents who meet our resident screening criteria regardless of their Source of Funds.

What are the credit and income qualifications?

What happens if a roommate does not qualify?

Can I switch to a month-to-month lease after my first year?
